Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to preorders and purchases made through this website.

Preorder Cancellations

Preorders for My Daddy’s Blues: James Baldwin and the Inheritance of White Supremacy may be cancelled for a full refund before the order has shipped. To request a cancellation, email drfrankathomas@gmail.com with your name, order information, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, the sale is final and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Damaged Books

If your book arrives damaged, contact drfrankathomas@gmail.com with your name, order information, description of the damage, and a picture of the damage. A replacement copy will be provided.

Lost Shipments

If your order is lost in transit, contact drfrankathomas@gmail.com with your name and order information. A replacement copy will be provided after the shipment has been confirmed as lost.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Processing Refunds

Refunds for approved preorder cancellations will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
